SALMON AND AVOCADO TARTAR RECIPE
- 1 loin of smoked salmon (150gr – 200gr)
- 1 avocado
- 2 tablespoon of olive oil
- 2 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1/2 lemon
- Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
First, we cut into (small) cubes. We do the same with the avocado after peeling it and keep both separately.
Secondly, in a bowl, we mix the olive oil, the soy sauce, the juice of half a lemon, the mustard and the pepper. Stir well until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.A este aliño, le añadimos los dados de salmón, y mezclamos bien.
Now, to plate, we will use a plate ring as follows:
We will cover the lower part of the ring with half an avocado and the upper part with the mixture we have made with the salmon.
In case you don’t have any rings, there is no problem. We can use small glasses or cups.
Finally, in case you have used the plate ring, we serve and enjoy!
