Mango shake recipe
INGREDIENTS
- 4 mangos
- 1 cup of milk
- Ice cubes
- 1 natural yogurt
- White or brown sugar
First, we peel and cut the handles. In the glass of the blender, a smooth and homogeneous mixture should be left.
Secondly, we add a little sugar to taste. Then we add the yogurt, the milk. Mix it.
Here you can add ice cubes if you want it to be cooler.
Finally, we serve in a glass and enjoy!
