Macedonia with mango recipe
INGREDIENTS
- 1 mango
- 2 pineapple slices
- 2 kiwis
- 100gr raspberries
- 2 melon slices
- 1 banana
- Mint leaves
- Juice from 2 oranges
First, we boil the orange juice with sugar over a high heat until a thick syrup is formed. We can add a little water to the mixture while it boils.
We let our syrup cool down and, in the meantime, we cut all the fruit into small pieces.
We serve the fruits in a container and add the syrup. This is where you can add mint leaves to give a little more flavour.
