Avocado mayonnaise recipe
INGREDIENTS
- 1 egg
- Sunflower oil
- Salt
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 avocado
This recipe is very simple! It will only take about 5 minutes.
Basically, we will mix the classic mayonnaise sauce with a mashed avocado. We can use homemade or already bought mayonnaise. In our case, we prefer to use homemade mayonnaise.
To make homemade mayonnaise, put the egg in the bottom of the mixer glass, add sunflower oil, a pinch of salt and a few drops of lemon.
Put the mixer in the bottom of the glass and, importantly, without moving or lifting it, start to beat until the mayonnaise emulsifies. Then, slowly, we lift the mixer and the mayonnaise is ready.
Once the mayonnaise is done, put it in a bowl and add the ripe avocado previously cut into pieces. Now, with a fork, we crush the avocado and mix it with the mayonnaise.
