CHICKEN AND AVOCADO SALAD RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 avocados
- 30gr mayonnaise
- Lettuce
- 15ml lemon juice
- Provençal herbs
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Black pepper
First, in a bowl, we make a mixture of water with olive oil, provencal herbs, salt and pepper. Then we pass the chicken breasts through the mixture and smear them well.
Secondly, we place aluminium foil or vegetable paper on the oven tray, preheat to 180º and place the chicken in it. To cook, the chicken should be roasted for 15 minutes on each side.
Once ready, we take the chicken out and let it cool down a bit. Meanwhile, we peel the avocados and chop them into medium pieces.
We repeat this step with the chicken, crumbling it into medium-sized pieces.
In a bowl, place the washed lettuce, chicken, avocado and dress with mayonnaise, oil, salt, lemon and pepper.
