Mango, avocado and lettuce salad recipe
INGREDIENTS
- Lettuce
- 1 mango
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 onion
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
First, we peel the mango and avocado and cut it into strips or cubes. Next, cut the onion and put it in a bowl with water, salt and lemon juice for 10 minutes.
We serve the lettuce or arugula in a salad bowl or tray.
Add the mango, avocado and onion on top. We can dress it to taste or make a vinaigrette that will also give it a great flavour.
Finally, we serve and enjoy!
