Avocado deviled eggs recipe


INGREDIENTS

  • 1 avocado
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 1/4 lemon
  • Salt

First, we boil the eggs for 15 minutes.

Secondly, we peel the avocado and crush it. We add a few drops of lemon.

When the eggs are ready, we cut them and separate the whites from the yolks.

Add to the mashed avocado the yolks, mayonnaise and a bit of salt until turn into a homogeneous mixture. If it is too thick, add a little more mayonnaise.

Finally, we fill in the egg whites with the help of a spoon. Be careful not to break the egg whites.

We put our stuffed eggs on a tray and cover them with film and they go straight into the fridge!
